The Biggest Party In The History of UCLA Pike Scream Fall 2006 was the single largest party in the history of UCLA. With a concert from the platinum selling Bay Area rap group "The Federation" in the back yard, and literally thousands of people in attendance (and hundreds of people who never got in), the Pikes threw the sickest halloween party imaginable.
